Lesson note

Practice tip: Puerto Rico's sales tax is the IVU (Impuesto sobre Ventas y Uso). In most stores it's added at the register, so the total is higher than the price tag. It's common and polite to greet the cashier before starting your transaction.

Tip: turn pronunciation off to test yourself.
